For starters, ptossing (pronounced "tossing") is a badass new activity designed to get you into shape quickly, with great enthusiasm, and with a lot of flair. Ptossing is akin to parkour and free running (more like free running) in that you're outside and you keep running. However, instead of using the environment to surpass an obstacle (parkour) or use the environment to express yourself acrobatically, ptossing uses the environment as a means to doing exercises. The best ones are cool-looking exercises (moves) obviously, and when you can do these on the fly, it's called freestyling.
There are 5 rules, or Laws to Ptossing, which define it as a unique activity (it becomes an art through your personal expression of the moves). 1. you must remain in constant motion. 2. you must travel a new path for each ptoss run. 3. you must be outside. 4. your body must supply the resistance. and 5. you must sprint every hill.
That is ptossing in a nutshell. You pretty much go on a run and throw in bw exercises as you go. Predetermined ones are called ptasks. You can not rest, instead you will resume jogging or do an exercise of lesser intensity. It's pretty badass, and lucky for you this is the official site for all things ptossing.
