A Rad Ptossing and Parkour Network

While ptossing itself is a simple approach to effective fitness, it's freestyling that makes ptossing into an art form. It is a fantastic outlet to express yourself creatively, experience total freedom, and show off all at the same time.

1. Practice ptossing with ptasks first. Trying to start out with freestyling right off the bat can be frustrating for several possible reasons. The variety of exercises (moves) you might know is limited, or you might not be great at applying those moves as opportunities come up. As you go on ptoss runs with predesignated exercises (ptasks), look up several variations of those exercises and substitute them at random.

2. Familiarize yourself with the types of pterrain. Another problem people have when starting out besides not knowing a large array of moves is that they have difficulty recognizing prime opportunities for exercise. This is why it helps to become acquainted with all the types of environment (pterrain) you will likely encounter. There is a great article on the pterrain types here.

3. Practice, practice, practice. Ptossing is just like any other activity--you have to practice to get better at it. Stuff will start to come naturally and you will start seeing things you have been missing. Keep learning new moves and test them out on all different pterrain types. The more you familiarize yourself with different moves and their applications, the more moves you will be able to come up with on your own.

4. Share your discoveries and experiences. Ptossing is free for everyone and an open source community. You can help others out by posting your experiences, either in forums, articles, videos, or taking them with you on ptoss runs.

Considering how I'm not a moron like you, it makes sense that I know what I'm talking about.
