A Rad Ptossing and Parkour Network

Just wondering how many people here are or have done parkour before? I have done it and I think it's an absolute blast. I've also posted in a few forums here and there when people ask about physical conditioning for parkour, I point them to try ptossing and almost none of these kids want to do it. I think the reason is because they don't want to put in some effort to get into shape unless it involves "fun" moves like parkour has. Oh well. What they don't know is that they'd get better at parkour faster if they did ptossing with it. :)

I try to do parkour whenever I can. It's hard when you're so busy as I am, but Seattle is pretty good for parkour, and the Pacific Northwest Parkour Association is doing a lot of good things out here. It's headed up by Tyson Cecka (google him), great dude. We have a few parkour items of choice at our gym and I include it as often as possible into our stuff (mainly precision jumps for now, but we'll be making a couple vault boxes soon).

Did a little parkour today at the O-course we took some guys to down at Ft. Lewis. Not bad, it was definitely a smoker. We also rappelled today, which was awesome. I'm waiting for some lumber but we're making some vault boxes for the gym, so we'll be doing even more parkour soon!
